



DFAC World Finals – Athlete FAQ
1. Registration, Membership & Fees
• Registration Fees for Pros and Amateurs
Registration fees are the same for Pros competing in DFAC divisions and for Crossover divisions. Amateurs have a separate registration fee. Exact fee amounts will be provided during the registration process.
International competitors: please reach out to your closest DFAC Affiliate Federation/Organization.

• Is there an extra fee for crossovers (second/third class)?
No. Each registration covers crossover divisions.

• Are there late registration fees?
ON-X Naturals will keep registration fees steady with no current plans to add late fees. This may change in the future.

• Do I need a DFAC membership card or affiliate federation license?

All USA athletes (Pros and Amateurs) must hold an ON-X Naturals Membership.

• How much is membership and how long is it valid?

ON-X Naturals Memberships: Amateurs $100 / Pros $150

DFAC Memberships: Amateurs $60 / Pros $100
All memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Are there any other charges (coach passes, admin, etc.)?

No additional admin fees will be requested after registration.

Coaches must purchase a backstage pass. Backstage passes will be strictly enforced.

Spectators must purchase tickets online or at the event. Open seating unless purchasing a VIP table.
2. Tanning & Stage Color
• Will there be an official on-site tanning provider?
Yes. The official tanning team is Showglow. No other service providers will be allowed on site. Pro Tan, oils, PAM, or other banned self-tanning products are not permitted.
• What are the tanning package prices and how do I book?
Full two-day tanning services are $150.

• If I do my own tan, are there product restrictions?
Yes. Only Showglow products are permitted on stage. See above for details.
3. Anti-Doping / Drug Testing
• What testing procedures will be used?
Urinalysis will be the testing method at the DFAC World Finals. No polygraph testing will be conducted.
• When will testing be conducted?
Testing may occur at any time from Friday, November 22 through Saturday, November 23.
• Are there athlete-paid testing fees?
No. Testing fees are not passed on to athletes.
4. Schedule & Category Rules
• When are check-ins and the athlete meeting?
Check-ins will take place on Friday, November 22 at the Host Hotel
from 5–8 PM.
• What is the show-day schedule?

Show day report time: 7 AM (1 hour before start).

Pros will compete first (pre-judging and awards completed in the morning).

Amateurs will begin after 1 PM.
Exact times will be finalized as the event progresses.
• What are the posing guidelines for my division?
Please refer to the Divisions pages on the DFAC website and the ON-X Naturals website.
• Can I wear jewelry or personal items?
Yes, but athletes are advised to avoid distracting items. This is a physique competition, not a glam competition.
• Do I need to submit music for my routine?
Music is required only for Men’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique competitors.
5. Media & Photography
• What photography/media will be available?
We will have:

• Are photo/video packages available?
Yes. Photographer booking links are provided on the World Finals main page. Please contact each photographer directly.
• Can personal photographers/videographers attend?
No. Outside media will not be permitted.
6. Other Common Questions
• Do I need to be affiliated with a gym or team to compete?
No. The World Finals are open to all Amateur Competitors, U.S. Qualified Pros, and International Pros.
• Does nationality matter for entry?
No. Athletes from all nations are welcome.
• Is there a recommended host hotel or travel info?
Yes. All information will be listed on the World Finals main page.
• I need a letter to travel to the U.S. to compete. Can you help?
Yes. Pro competitors may request a travel letter by contacting the
President of ON-X.
